A little Ado About Everything

Welcome to my world — or at least the portion of it I manage to get on here.  I’ve wanted to start a blog for years, but it felt awfully self-centered to think that I was amazing enough to justify asking others to read.  (Frankly, I have no assumptions that anyone will read this other than my mom, who probably has to, and my husband, who will make sure I am not embarassing him).

But now that we have lurched frantically into the world of building our own home, friends keep asking, “how’s the process going?”  So I guess I have a legit “platform,” at least until we are done. After that, who knows?

Anyone who knows me, however, knows that I will go off in crazy tangents often, so this blog will undoubtably cover as many topics as I can cram in.  Please feel free to tell me to focus — or ask me to expand if I drop something entirely.  I’d like to pretend that someone is periodically listening to what I have to say!
